MARS Solidarity $250 Scholarship

This scholarship will help a deserving photographer in one of the Mid-Atlantic States the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and skills, learning from some of the finest talents in the photographic industry. One scholarship will be awarded to each of the PPA state associations in NJ, PA, MD, DE, VA & D.C.
Referrals must meet the following criteria:

*Nominee must be a current member of the PPA State Affiliate group.
*Nominee must not have attended a MARS weeklong convention in the past.
*Nominee must not be registerd for the upcoming MARS weeklong convention at the time of endorsement.
