To avoid extended wait times, we suggest booking a flight that arrives in PHL between 10 am and 12:00 pm ET.
Arriving earlier, you will have to wait as the shuttle starts pickups around 1 pm
Arrivals after 1:30 pm may be too late, as our transportation is required to depart the airport no later than 2 pm after picking up all passengers.
It is a two hour ride to the hotel, and hotel check-in begins at 4 pm.
